Equipped with a BS in Civil Engineering (Bogazici), an MBA (Insead/Wharton), and an 8-year international experience in project management, contract administration, and development, Alper joined Aksoy Construction in 2008 and led the restructuring and institutionalization of the group companies.

Aksoy Construction completed projects in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Besides providing turn-key construction services, Aksoy develops real estate projects. The Conrad Istanbul, the largest hotel of Istanbul (and Turkey, among city hotels, by bed capacity) is one of the significant projects of the portfolio. Two mixed-use projects, a senior living compound, and an economy hotel chain are currently under development.
