Phil Cordell serves as global head for focused service, Hilton Worldwide and leads a varied multidisciplinary team that focuses on global strategy and the development growth of Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Hotels, Homewood Suites by Hilton and the new Home2 Suites by Hilton brand which he helped to develop and launch in 2011.

Cordell also oversees all aspects of the Hampton hotels brand including; strategic brand positioning, product, quality and innovation, marketing and PR, brand culture, owner services, brand performance support and global franchisee relations.
