Gokhan Sarper was born on July 18th 1970 in Bursa, where he finished The Bursa Anatolian High School after which he joined to CUKUROVA University Tourism and Hotel Management High School graduating it in1992, which was a kick off year for his career development. After gathering the experience and getting know how from the hands on approach he joined to the Cornell University. He started in Food and Beverage department in 1992 at Ramadan Renaissance Hotel. Very soon he became MT in Ramadan Renaissance Hotels. 1998 he became a deputy general manager in Grand Hotel Efes, Izmir.

In 2001 Rixos Hotels opened the doors of their first hotel where he obtained GM position, after which his dynamic career development starts. Till 2007 he was the GM in various hotels and since 2007 he is Development Director of Rixos Group.
