During her tvelve-year career with EBRD, Yulia led and structured projecs in CEE and CIS including debt financing, mezzanine and equity investments. She is a banker experienced in the full spectrum of real estate financing including office buildings, shopping centres, logistic parks, hotels and residential projects. The first three years with EBRD she was based in the bank's Moscow office, then she spent nine years at EBRD HQ in London and has recently moved to Istanbul to cover EBRD real estate finacing in Turkey and Central Asia.
