Temel Aras is an MBA graduate of State University of West Georgia in Atlanta, USA. Upon his return to Turkey, he started his career as a banker and worked 10 years as a corporate banker. He then joined Beko Elektronik as the finance manager. In 2004 he was appointed to Grundig in Germany as the CFO. His expatriate career continued until the end of 2009. He returned to Turkey and then joined Kosifler Group as the CFO and then was appointed as the CEO of the Group. In his new role, Temel Aras is exposed to hotel investments by representing the investor, Kosifler Group. He analyses the location alternatives, construction and operational budgets and projections of various hotel investments for sound feasibility and the final investment decision of the Group. In addition, as being one of the executives of Kosifler Group, he is responsible for the operational performance of the existing hotels from the investor’s side.
