With over 25 years working for Hilton Worldwide, Marybelle Arnett has devoted her career to hotel development.  She played a key role in the launch and growth of the Hampton brand in the US, which now totals more than 1800 hotels.  Most recently she held the position of VP & Managing Director Franchise Development, responsible for franchising the Hilton, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, Hampton and Home2Suites by Hilton brands in 16 states in America.  She joined the Hilton Development Team based in the London office in October 2010 and continues to drive the expansion of Hilton Worldwide Focused Service Brands, both Hampton by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn, in strategic markets across Europe & Africa.

She is a University of Tennessee graduate where she earned Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration degrees.
