Romain Avril is Vice President Business Development for The Rezidor Hotel Group, accountable for the rapid expansion of the Rezidor brands throughout part of ROWE (Rest of Western Europe), Northern Africa and Turkey.  During his six year tenure with Rezidor he and his team added over 40 hotels to the portfolio.

Romain, a French national, holds a degree in Hotel Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, as well as a degree in Economics for the University of Paris IX Dauphine.  Before joining Rezidor, Romain worked as Group Development Manager for Westmont Hospitality Group, and later on as Hotel Investments Director at Thomas Cook AG.
