Katerina Giannouka-Finn

Katerina is Senior Director, Acquisitions & Development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and is responsible for sourcing hotel opportunities and executing the growth strategy of Starwood’s portfolio of nine brands in Europe. She is based in Starwood’s EAME Divisional office in Brussels.

Katerina joined Development Planning at Starwood in 2005, supervising the team’s financial underwriting and project approval process, before joining the transactions team in Acquisitions and Development in 2007.  Prior to Starwood, Katerina spent four years with HVS International in London, where she conducted over 50 single-asset and portfolio hotel valuations, feasibility and market studies, and advised on a wide range of hospitality projects in the EAME region. Katerina holds a BSc(Hons) degree in hospitality management from Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom.
