Jean-Paul Herzog, a Swiss national, is currently a Director on the Board of Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International, Turkey. Prior to this he retired after 40 years with Hilton Worldwide where he was last President for Middle East & Africa. Jean-Paul managed some 45 operating hotels and some 30 hotels in the pipeline in MEA. He has held several senior positions within Hilton including President of the Scandic brand and Vice President of several regions within Europe including Turkey. He is well acquainted with the Turkish tourism sector having held the position of General Manager at Ankara Hilton and İzmir Hilton during their opening in 1987 and 1991 respectively.
