Mr. Haluk Kaya, together with Mr. Hulusi Turanli, founded Bekay Property Partners in 2007 to capitalize on the expertise of its shareholders in the development of major real estate projects worldwide.

Mr. Kaya is also one of the major shareholders of ÜÇgen Construction and Trading Inc.; founded in 1947, a leading Turkish contracting company engaging in turn-key construction of hotels, government and health facilities as well as residential and office buildings.

Haluk Kaya, born 1943 in Ankara-Turkey, graduated from the Federal Technical Institute Zurich with an Msc. in Civil Engineering.
