Anatoly Kondratenko has been working in his current role in Russia and CIS countries since 2007.

Before joining Starwood Anatoly headed newly set Hyatt Worldwide Sales Office in Moscow since 2004 and from 2000 till 2007 worked as Director of Finance in Hyatt Regency in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and Park Hyatt Moscow.

Anatoly Kondratenko graduated from All-Union Finance and Economics Institute in Moscow with a diploma of Financier in 1995 as well as from legal faculty of the University of the Russian Academy of Education in 1999.
