Theodor1983 - 1997:  works in Europe,  Far East Asia and the CIS; develops, opens, and manages hotels in Senior Executive and General Manager positions.

1997: Theodor and his wife  incorporate SERVUS International in Istanbul assisting private and institutional investors, governmental bodies and hotel operators in Europe, Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan and  Arabian Peninsula with: Development Advisory, Asset Management, Operator Search and Negotiations. 

Since 2007: acts as External Advisor for Hotel Investments and Asset Management for Union Investment Real Estate in Hamburg/Germany overseeing and signing transactions in access of € 600 Mio (i.e. Radisson Blu Cracow, Mövenpick Frankfurt, Crowne Plaza Amsterdam South,  Marriott Champs Elysées, Lease Intercontinental Berlin) and advises on assets to the value of around € 1,6 Billion. 

Theodor is raised, educated in Vienna, now resident in Istanbul; married; two daughters
