Elif oversees Jones Lang LaSalle Hotel’s full range of services in Turkey; advisory, financing, operator search, management contract negotiation, asset management, transaction, valuations and research. Prior to JLLH, Elif was in charge of developing the Swissôtel Moscow, as “Owner’s Representative” to drive construction timeline, finishing quality, and launch of operations. She led the coordination amongst key parties: owner, developer, designer, contractors, vendors, and management during construction, pre-opening and post-launch asset management. Past experience includes operations, consulting, development, and asset management in the USA, working at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hospitality and Leisure and the Plaza Hotel in NYC. Bachelor of Arts, Princeton University and Master’s Degree (MMH), Cornell University.
