Lado is CFO of Redix LLC, real estate management firm that manages 200 Mln USD worth real estate assets in Georgia.

Lado comes from banking and advisory background, having worked for Societe Generale Group through 2003-2008 and further practicing corporate finance advisory during 2008-2010 as one of the partner of the boutique firm in Georgia. During corporate finance advisory practice he was involved in real estate related transactions like equity & debt raising for projects, portfolio structuring and valuation, portfolio business plan modeling, restructuring and distressed asset workouts, feasibility studies and HABU analysis.

In 2010 joined Redix LLC as advisor, later being promoted to CFO of the company. Redix LLC is working to structure and develop a portfolio of hotel and resort properties in Georgia. First hotel under Redix LLC asset management will open in spring of 2012. 

Lado has BBA in Finance from Caucasus Business School in Tbilisi, Georgia.
